My heart goes out to all of you. I thought I was the only one with problems. My husband is 57 years old, has a terminal disease his liver is on the way out. I work, and try to support him and my disable son, but where I work they do not offer insurance. So..., even though my husband should not be working he is to keep the insurance. It is not free it is taken from his checks, and many times his check is $0, after taxes and insurance it leaves us 0. We have applied for Social Security but denied three times because according to them if you work you are not sick. Tell me, how are we going to afford medications and doctors without insurance?
